    I have Dry cough , Breathlessness with wheezing saund for one month ,
    In X-Ray Consolidation in L lung Base .
    I have taken Azithromycin 500 mg od and Amoxi cv 625 , Doxophyllin 400 mg BD for 5 days , By Dr P Jethani sir
    Than Gudcef cv and Pulmoclear Bd for 5 days . But S/s persist .
    What should i do . Thank u very much

    1. please update me if any previous allergy to drug or food, before treatment.
      what is SPO2 reading,
      CBC, ESR and X ray report
      start
      1) T. CEFTUM 500 MG BD
      2) T. LEVOMAC 750 MG HS
      3) T. DOXOLIN 400 MG TID
      4) NEBULISE WITH DUOLINE AND BUDECORT Q 8 HOURLY
      keep TAB. AVIL & TAB. IVEPRED 4MG WITH YOU IF ANY ALLERGY OCCURS
      still persisting we have to consider for intravenous antibiotics.
      inform me after 24 hour
